Spencer Ogden – India – The Project Manager will be overseeing the co-ordination of all relevant issues entailing solar plants ranging between 1-500KW – office based in Delhi but will have to travel to various sites in Northern regions of India. He/she will support the project from the preliminary design, utilizing their technical knowledge of all areas including procurement, commissioning and operations and maintenance. For this position it is essential that candidates have a business-orientated approach and holds excellent market knowledge. Further to this the individual should be well informed regarding company, regional and country policies associated with regulation of energy production. The candidate should be highly organized, critical and hold the ability to make market recommendations based on holding a strong understanding of the current business development strategies. Responsibilities: Engineering of PV plants in planning and execution phase Technical consulting and participation in the company portfolio Processing and preparation of the electrical system design Clarification of the system requirements Planning and preparation for grid connection Support and evaluation when implementing new products Support construction management in electrical and quality matters Support in the commissioning processes Provide technical input for the operations and maintenance activity Analysis of technical reports Qualifications Diploma in electrical engineering or other relevant degree Broad experience in voltage engineering 3-5 years in the solar industry with project in project management and development Candidates need to have a willingness to work and become immersed in the company culture and development For more information about this role please contact our London office Renewables… – Permanent – Full-time
