The delivery boy will be the face of the company and an important interface – Basic courtesy and etiquettes expected while dealing with customers – Once the order is received by the tele operator, 2. The call center executive/ teleoperator shall forward orders of customers with details like name, address, prescription (if available), medicine details on whatsapp of the delivery boy. 3. The delivery boy will be told which vendor to pick the medicine from. 4. The delivery boy needs to collect the medicine from the vendor along with original and the same needs to be delivered to the designated address and collect cash. Salary Given: 1. In hand salary – Rs 7500 (fixed). 2. Detailed incentive structure – Rs 10-15 for every delivery (we are expecting person delivery of atleast 20 a day) or Rs.5000 whichever is higher.
