Resource Management Program and project management Portfolio design and Management Timesheet Management Finance Management Idea management Risk and Issues Management Demand planning Project templates Capital Planning Cost and Benefit plans Security configuration Reporting using Jaspersoft and Business Objects Key Skills Knowledge of the out of the box reporting capabilities in Clarity ver. 14.2 Ability to create new BO reports / dashboards Business Objects Jaspersoft Migration experience Expert level competency in creating new Clarity portlets Ability to design, develop and test complex workflow processes Driving the definition, establishment and acceptance of best practices and common processes utilizing CA Clarity. Defining, creating and completing a technical/functional task Solid understanding of CA Clarity PPM 14.2V and providing solution for the issues Functional knowledge of the relationship between projects, programs and portfolios within Clarity CA Clarity PPM Studios Creating Processes, Lookups, NSQLs and Portlets. SQL Tracing and XOGging the custom objects. Good knowledge on using CA Clarity PPM with Open Work Bench and Microsoft Project Skilled in Oracle 11g comprising of SQL, SQL Plus, PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Detailed and expert level knowledge of developing XOG based interface processes Expert level nSQL development Expert level Java development abilities Detailed knowledge of application Infrastructure including the technical ability to troubleshoot Experience in implementing SOA based integration with external applications Banking Domain Experience preferred Good Communication skill Roles & Responsibilities: “As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product.
