Role Overview : Client is looking for highly motivated sales leaders who have background in enterprise IT solutions (EDI) selling to healthcare, banking, insurance clients in India. Candidate shall continuously seek new avenues to grow the revenue potential of products/solutions. The position drives all the sales efforts, pan-India, targeting Clients through high level engagements. The key abilities they are looking at are : – Potential to lead the sales function for enterprise solutions – Creative lateral thinking abilities for creating new markets – Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel and well experienced in selling enterprise IT solutions – Can build a performance oriented culture essential to achieve the ambitious goals of the business Key Responsibilities : Strategy : – Establish an operational plan with sales objectives, targets and execution plan; – Assess business trends, new markets and seek newer avenues; – Assessment of organisation performance and variances on revenue targets set; Internal Operations : – Build a motivated pan-India sales force; – Establish and execute a system of performance orientation, set targets and rewards Solutions Sales : – Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives – Ensure quality and relevance of the leads generated – Bring in best practices from prior experience and implement them for the team; Build processes and methods to be adopted organisation wide – Build organisation wise expertise for product USPs and its key advantages; Interact within-house experts to develop white papers and train functional team on finer points of portfolio – Act as a consultative partner to customers to determine how the platform will deliver ROI Customer Support : – Collect customer feedback as a front-facing function – Periodically undertake studies to assess client satisfaction and needs Marketing Support : – Contribute to marketing and sales collaterals in coordination with Marketing and Tech teams Reporting & information systems : – Establish planning, recording and reporting systems – Manage MIS for collaborative effective decision making Ideal Candidate Profile : – Should have minimum 10 years of experience in sales and minimum 3 years as head, designing and implementing sales strategies – Should have experience of selling enterprise IT solutions – Should be a peoples person with strong team building/ nurturing and mentoring capabilities – Should be innovative and extremely motivated… – Permanent – Full-time
