We are currently seeking a Wellsite Drilling Supervisor for their operations based in India, supporting Onshore operations on a Rotational Basis. Accountabilities: Provide continuous 24 hours supervision for all the operations at the well site to ensure quality, HSE and timely completion of all well operations. Supervise and ensure that all well operations are carried as per the drilling program. Responsible for placement of rig equipment and rig up. Responsible for supervising implementation of all safety standards at well site. Responsible to ensure availability of all well Equipment (e.g. casing handling equipment, Stabilizers, drilling jars, MWD, LWD, RSS etc.), all required Services, Well Materials (e.g. Casings, Floating equipment’s, Liner hangers, Liner hanger running tools, Wellheads, packers etc.), and Well Consumables (e.g. Bits, Mud additives, Cement additives etc.), but not limited to the above, so that the well operations do not suffer. Ensure that all Well Control equipment’s viz. BOP’s, FOSVs, Inside BOP’s, BOP control Unit, Remote control, Choke & Kill Manifolds etc. of rated capacity are available. To suggest company representative on issues related to day to day well operations based on the approved drilling program and amendments as required. Responsible for implementation of Emergency Response Plan as per bridging documents. Ensure all shallow tests on Motors, MWDs, LWDs & RSS are carried out prior to running in hole and after pull-out-of-hole Ensure that correct Directional BHAs are run in as per well program. Implement well survey programs as per plan. Required Experience Shall have valid IWCF certificate (Supervisor level). Shall have minimum experience of 5 years as Drilling Supervisor. Shall have 15 years of experience in Oil field drilling. Shall have detailed knowledge on HSE standards like DGMS, OISD, OMR etc. Qualifications Degree qualified This position offers a fantastic opportunity as well as a competitive day rate to the successful applicant.
