Essential Responsibilities: – Enable IT solutions to fully deliver value to the business and customers by understanding information flow through Services ecosystem that includes but not limited to engineering, quality or product management. – Own and drive IP in functional system configurations to support business processes. – Work in Global Service systems landscape to own, design and influence the interconnection and dependencies various ecosystems have as it pertains to Services platforms – Work with business to assess impact and design for environment changes both external & internal (for example: regulatory needs like Product controllership, Corporate mandates like Chart of Account (COA) simplification, Oracle upgrades, CRM implementation etc.) – Own & Drive ERP integrations with other platform using right technology (middleware, API or sFTP) – Work with IT program managers to deliver right design for platforms. – Produces documented application frameworks or architectures – Researches development in assigned technology, determines business requirements, proposes changes, develops migration and implementation plans, and may execute projects based on these activities – Provides input into the technology plan for the IT organization, and ensures that plans for their assigned applications integrate effectively with other aspects of the technical infrastructure. Advises management on application and supporting technology purchases and on future projects or environment upgrades/modifications Quality Specific Goals: – Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position – Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines – Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required – Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable – Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications – Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: – ERP expertise with modules like GL, OM, Planning & Manufacturing. – Working knowledge of ERP interactions with CRMs, PDMs – Experience with process quality methodology – Experience with a broad array of Infrastructure technologies (compute, network, telecom, database, etc.) – Experience in architecting global, large-scale applications, which span multiple countries and business units – Breadth of experience across multiple infrastructure/application domains – Technical acumen – ability to learn technologies outside current areas of expertise. – Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously – Drive to lean new technology and build in-depth expertise – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Analytic, creative and business-focused problem solver – BS Degree in Information Systems or related technical discipline or equivalent – 6-10 years IT experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Desired Characteristics: – Supply chain and planning domain experience, warehouse management experience, Oracle ERP set up and implementation experience, PL/SQL working knowledge – Green Belt Trained – Lean Experienced… – Permanent – Full-time
