Cisco Systems, Inc. – Bangalore, Karnataka – Additional Location(s) or Information: Delhi, Mumbai Job Category: Customer Service Level of Experience: Experienced – Non Manager Requisition #: R1005360 Description: The purpose of the Services Sales Operations centers, on the successful ongoing execution of various sales and operations activities for Services Sales Team. The role will work with close partnership with Service Sales Teams, Product Sales, Delivery Organizations, Finance and Operational Shared Services. The Services Sales Operations Manager will manage a portfolio of activities and will be accountable for overseeing the execution of activities that lead to sales and managing the relationships with the Service Sales. The role will also work closely with the COE and product architecture teams on the alignment of strategy and planning. This critical role partners with the Cisco Services Account team and Product Teams as applicable to ensure a differentiated customer experience to sales members. Specific responsibilities include:  Operational responsibility and accountability for driving monthly Forecasting, Reporting and Driving sales funnel governance.  LCD Pipeline Sniffing & Tracking of medium and large opportunities from SFDC & drive pipeline alignment between Sales, Delivery & Architecture.  LCD Governance process: Architecting specialist resource engagement models to support the deals  Tracking of Outsourced work to GDC to measure the ROI & Operational efficiency for Services Pre Sales.  Transformation of SFDC reporting – working in collaboration with shared support teams to facilitate the required technology/architecture view to enable the COE’s to resource adequately.  Prepare information and analyze data on various services performance analytics.  Prepare reports to share with Services Sales, across various performance indicators of services sales  Actively engage and support services sales on the strategy and planning of their theaters.  Coordinate with cross-functional teams  Along with sales leader drive sales teams to ensure sales reporting discipline is maintained  Perform Quality Control for designated Sales Processes and be the quality champion in the team  Process Improvement identification.  Program management: developing best practice support deliverables including process documentation, review templates etc. Internal stakeholder management.  Work with the portfolio management team towards a training module creation for services pre sales.  Implement and Monitor the training programs Required Competencies: 1. Data Analysis: Identifying patterns and trends in both quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions, solve problems, and devise solutions. 2. System & Process Fluency: Using applications/systems and standardized processes to help improve the operational efficiency. 3. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, listen effectively and apply questioning techniques to understand sales team needs and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining a consistent demeanour. 4. Critical Thinking: Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to address sales challenges and new opportunities; taking courses of action based on sound analysis and judgment. 5. Time & Productivity Management: Applying personal organizational strategies and processes to prioritize and efficiently manage work activities. Experience Needed: The ideal candidate has sales, sales support, operations, and/or project management background. This individual is energetic and personable, self-starter, thrives in a dynamic environment, possess the ability to manage several simultaneous designated projects.
