Bangalore, Karnataka – Drive the use cases for Cluster Resource manager which plugs into One view Fusion program Product Owner This role is for Product Owner for a new Market solution which plays in an area between traditional IT infrastructure management and complete cloud environments in the areas of Hyperconvergence Responsibilities Be aware of market trends and competitor features to enable the team with right set of priorities Define the use cases keeping in understanding existing solutions within HP and how we can leverage and build along with these products Understand the unified view of datacenter ease of management for customer which includes Setup, updates and repairs Define requirements in an organization which works in matrix structure Collaborate seamlessly with the internal and external program partners to deliver a unified experience for Converged System customers Work with upstream and downstream partners for integration to make the management experience seamless Define and track dependencies in the product and deliver to commitments with the best quality first time Define work breakdown for the scrum team and have the ability to drive quick POC for new use cases Accountable for acceptance testing for the features delivered by the scrum team Work with customer facing teams to effectively roll in customer feedback Work with product marketing effectively to define new solutions Knowledge and Skills Working in a scaled agile environment Effective written and oral communication skills Good understanding of datacenter manageability Understanding of virtualization products and industry trends Understanding of HP one view would be beneficial Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to think customer use cases and understanding of the lifecycle in a datacenter Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions. Designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent Minimum 10- 14 years’ experience ·Work with upstream and downstream partners for integration to make the management of cluster resource in a virtualized environment seamless ·Collaborate seamlessly with the fusion and server program to deliver a unified experience for Converged System customers ·Ability to evaluate competition features and provide inputs to the product roadmap ·Define and track dependencies in the program and deliver to commitments with the best quality first time ·Define work breakdown for the scrum team and have the ability to drive quick POC for new use cases ·Accountable for acceptance testing for the features delievered by the scrum team ·Work with customer facing teams to effectively roll in customer feedback Skills required 1.Working in a scaled agile environment 2.Good written and oral communication skills 3.Good understanding of datacenter manageability 4.Understanding of virtualization products and industry trends 5.Understanding of HP one view would be beneficial… – Permanent – Full-time
