Bangalore, Karnataka – You will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions for the Company in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures. This includes timely preparation, accurate reporting and analysis of financial results, management reports, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. In addition, you will also be required to evaluate the impact of new accounting standards, credit review for lenders supported by Group Finance and be responsible for approvals of procurement and staff claims. Other duties include improving finance systems, workflows and processes and internal controls. You will also liaise with auditors on year-end audit mailer and new financial reporting standard requirements, while assisting in any ad-hoc assignments as required. The Person You should possess a Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or its equivalent with at least 8 years’ relevant experience. Candidates with working experience in financial institutions are preferred. You should be meticulous, analytical, independent and possess good communication skills.
