New Delhi – The OrgSolutions Asia-Pacific Expert is expected to become a Specialized Consultant for Organization Solutions in the region. He/ she is responsible for driving the development and execution of client work related to our portfolio of Organization Solutions and services across the topics of talent, leadership, structure, culture and change management. As part of this role, the individual will implement new, broad-sweeping market strategies in the region and work jointly global and regional leaders to identify, syndicate, and implement new Organization initiatives for individual clients. Detailed Description Major activities for the OrgSolutions Asia-Pacific Expert include: 1. Collaborate with OrgSolutions leaders to set the overall aspirations for the region, and shape and execute initiatives that drive implementation. 2. Partner with targeted leaders and consultants in the region (Organization Practice regional leaders, service line and hub leaders as well as office managers and Client Service Teams) and OrgSolutions leaders to: Jointly develop a go-to-market plan for relevant regional hubs including identification of new market opportunities Ensure quality output for client development and drive distinctive solution delivery Identify and increase interest, build capabilities and foster an increased level of engagement and commitment to OrgSolutions e.g., presenting on conferences, OrgSolutions bootcamp training, etc. Develop an understanding of solution applications and key competitors 3. Serve clients directly to: Understand and contextualize their business needs Bring the best of the firm and OrgSolutions to address business issues Reach significant business impact, and sustain relationship for long term 4. Partner with Client Service Teams and clients directly to deliver on the Orgsolutions aspirations in the region, including: Provide organization and technical expertise for letters of proposal and new client development efforts Present and defend proposals to prospective clients Lead pivotal moments in the delivery of the OrgSolutions with clients (e.g., scoping, interpretation of results, results reporting workshop, design of action plan, etc.) Provide on-going leadership and expertise to teams and clients within the context of OrgSolutions Perform superior client opportunity management including engaging and educating both Client Service Teams and clients about OrgSolutions Desired Skills Consulting skills: Passionate about helping leaders to make the right decisions Comfortable and effective in senior client interactions, able to build strong client relations Superior people skills with experience in complex relationship management; able to manage stakeholders throughout the organizations A proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities Demonstrated results in leading change within complex and diverse organizational cultures and in creating commitment to change efforts is preferred Professional skills: Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated entrepreneurialism Experience with client communications and facilitation Demonstrated project/account management skills Strong problem-solving skills (issue identification, solution development, etc.) Requirements: A Master’s Degree or PhD and roughly 8 to 12 years of experience Strong subject matter knowledge and experience with HR and Organization-related topics is preferred Prior consulting experience is preferred An existing network of regional clients is preferred Comfort with role ambiguity Flexibility to travel (may range from 25 to 60%)… – Permanent – Full-time
