Ensure Quality Technical output within stipulated time. Long Description Job Accountabilities Review adequacy of the existing facility to meet Business requirement on day to day basis and propose logistics flexibility by effective utilization of available assets. Minimize QGA in Product Despatch and address Customer Complaint Support CTS Manager for ensuring planned receipt and despatch Support CTS Manager to optimize Fuel Additives, develop Alternate Vendor. Prepare ENCON/PIO proposal for management approval. Participation in Root cause Analysis, PHA, SIL etc. Develop/ update and Review NIR Model performance at regular interval Participate in PSM activities Analyse data and trend for Tripod meeting monthly. Update PT documentation as necessary. Participate in Technology Network Maintain interface with Technology CoE Identify PIOs through the study of LFIs, benchmarking reports, literature search etc. Perform process design calculations for MOCs Issue Technical advice, Monitor closure of TA, MOC/PIOs. Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) Analytical ability Good interpersonal skills Effective Communication skills Problem analysing & solving ability Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputate institute Minimum 3 years of experience in Grade I in Operation/Technology/ equivalent role for Internal Candidates.
