Purpose of the job The primary purpose of the TCMS Software Engineer is to develop, test and maintain software within the TCMS products and applications. The position includes the following areas of work – requirements engineering, design specification, implementation, testing, verification and documentation. Key responsibilities 1. To work on design, implementation and testing of software products and application including documentation. 2. Participates in code reviews and documentation reviews. 3. Accountable for assigned tasks in terms of quality and time. 4. In a defined environment has the responsibility to make decisions and solve problems autonomously. 5.Works on his/her personal development in areas of technical competence and soft skills by taking up complex assignments in a local or global environment. Qualifications Job Requirements B.Eng., M.Eng. degree or Ph.D. graduate in computer science, information technology, electronics, electronics and communication or any other relevant discipline 3-8 years’ experience in a software development environment.
