Fircroft – India – Baku – The Role: Only candidates who already have the rights to work in Azerbaijan will be considered for this role This individual handles transportation requests to meet customer needs. Responsible for evaluation and improvement of transportation network. Develops policies, programs, and procedures for transportation system, including schedules, rates, routes, and other terminal operations and assures team is in compliance with transportation policies and procedures Manages effective utilization of vehicle assets Scheduling routes for the internal customers that include transportation to and from appointments and communicating the confirmation details to the customers Communicating daily transportation schedule to transportation team, including revisions (additions/cancellations) to drivers at the beginning and throughout the day Assist the Head of department to update processes & systems for the Transportation unit as needs change Coordinate driver training on driving safety, emergency procedures as needed. Maintain and coordinate regular maintenance and cleaning schedule for vehicles. Drive customers to and from appointments and if needed as acting driver on the team Responsible for ensuring full compliance with paperwork on drivers including transport documents, insurance, petrol cards, driver timesheets Provide data entry into computer as required Monitor, investigate and document all driver performance activities Demonstrate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture Essential Skills / Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work with little supervision and in a very fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Must be able to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks Transportation experience to include: trip assignment and re-routing trips Valid driver’s license required MS Office knowledge Desirable Skills / Qualifications: Oil and Gas… – Permanent – Full-time
