Job Specification We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst for the Global CRM & Sales MIS team. The successful candidate must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and will be responsible for establishing, designing and implementing MIS reporting for the Global Institutional business as well as analyzing data and working to improve data quality on the CRM system, Salesforce. This position is a non-IT position Team Description Institutional CRM organization is part of the global COO support organization reporting into the Chief Operating Officer. The team in India is responsible for supporting a diverse range of business process and reporting needs across our Global Institutional organization. The team’s primary focus is to provide advanced MIS that drives business performance, better cross function collaboration and faster decision-making. The team in India provides functional support to the Global CRM and Sales MIS Team. The role requires coordinating and working primarily with the Distribution teams, and their partners (Client Service, Marketing, Product, Finance, Technology, etc). Functional Responsibilities: · Design and implement solutions including executive reports, dashboards and data quality tools · Identify opportunities to introduce BI processes and reports to improve business outcomes · Ad hoc and standard reporting responsibilities to entire user base · Analyze data to ensure an accurate and meaningful consolidated global view · Own data management approach, including quality, definition and dissemination · Establish relationships with stakeholders and form partnerships to understand their needs · Ensure effective data warehousing and dissemination strategy. Qualifications Qualifications: § MBA with atleast 2 years of relevant industry experience and knowledge of sales process § Experience working with an industry recognized CRM platform (Salesforce knowledge is a plus) and Sales MIS environment § Experience using enterprise scheduling/reporting tools (Business Objects & Qlikview is a plus) § Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) § Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills Skills: § Understanding of Investment Management industry and more specifically the Institutional business is preferable § Ability to delve into details with a view to proactively solve issues, develop new ideas and add value to existing functions § Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities/workflows § Proven ability to quickly learn the business, the application and adapt to ever changing priorities § Strong commitment to accuracy § Self-motivated, team player with strong work ethic § Ability to build relationships across international teams… – Permanent – Full-time
