Manesar, Haryana – Team Member of Fixed Asset operations team which is responsible for capitalization, maintenance and retirements of assets across all global entities. Should be well versed with Internal/SOX controls, local legal and US GAAP requirements/guidelines. Experience in ERP environment viz. SAP/Oracle will be an added advantage. Ensure proper control, recording, audit trail and classification of transactions. Liaise with various departments like CCO, businesses, WWCA and AP. Should be proactive in addressing process issues, front end external/internal customer queries. Should be a team player and should back up the other team members in times of need. Good Communication skills (written and oral) & ability to perform multi-tasking and exposure to different cultures. Self-driven, positive, flexible towards work, ability to solve problems independently and bring innovative ideas to improve the current process. Qualifications: Candidate should be a Commerce graduate/Post-graduate/MBA in finance. Minimum 2-3 years in a MNC environment.
