Mumbai, Maharashtra – Executive Hiring is looking for a Region Finance Manager for a Large MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai. A Female, with a Post Grad in Finance from Premiere Business Schools or a CA ( rank holder ) with 6-8 years of Post Qualification experience in Finance/Commercial of which, at least last 1- 2 years should be working as a Region Finance / Commercial Head of a Large MNC FMCG. The role in brief : The Regional Finance Manager, based at the Regional Office, is responsible for : – Partnering with the Customer Development /Sales system on customer delight initiatives – Implementing Customer Development. infrastructure & process improvements to deliver our 50/15 vision – Delivering robust financial processes and hygiene in the front end – Maintaining effective internal controls over sales/depot operations – Leading initiatives built around opportunities in the areas of simplification, spends effectiveness, process/hygiene excellence and leveraging IT – VAT compliance and relationship management with local fiscal authorities – She is a part of the Regional Leadership Team and participates actively on regional strategy and operations review partnering the Regional Head. She reports to the GM – Finance, Sales & CD at the Centre and partners the GM of the Region. – She will have a team of 2 managers and Approx. 20 officers and staff within the branch.
