YOUR ROLE: You will conceive the marketing plan for the online B2C vertical. This covers, for India and beyond: – Online lead generation: Achieve lead targets via Search Engine Marketing, Display, Remarketing, Affiliates, Social media. Driving RoI on each of these. – Maintaining and optimizing (SEO) the FLIP website, to generate high quality traffic. – Create and manage the overall digital marketing strategy and execution. Target to achieve expected revenue growth in the segment over the period. – Managing the organic growth for FLIP’s social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs etc. in line with the annual online marketing plan. You will plan for both (indirect) revenues and direct expenses, for your vertical; and work to grow it, from a small base. As the business grows, so will your income, responsibilities and team size.
