Posting Title – Senior Digital Investigator Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for leading and managing technical investigation analysis and forensic data retrieval ensuring non-contamination and establishing accuracy and authenticity, organizing and conducting complex technical investigations including alleged or suspected violations of IBM policy and procedure, as well as investigating violation of local and national laws, regulations and statutes where appropriate. Demonstrates procedural understanding of criminal and general investigations, computer crimes and IBM Business Conduct Guideline violations. Participates in and leads digital investigations innovation projects under the direction of the Digital Investigations Manager. May assume team lead function for technical team. May be required to assist and accompany other IBM functions. Required Education and Skills.
